I shared some tips for getting out of a bad mood in my recent post. The post received positive feedback from readers, so I thought I would elaborate on some ideas that can help you recover after a bad day.

Here are a few additional tips for fighting low spirits.

1. Visit a local museum.

You’ll learn something new and get inspired. For example, when I go to a museum, I come up with a lot more ideas than at my desk.

I think it’s because looking at artwork lets you see things in a different way.

Visiting a museum is also a great way to relax and get away from everything. So, you should check it out if you’re in a bad mood.

2. Get on a train and go outside the city.

You’ll feel better after a walk in the forest. It’s something I do often, and it’s good for my psyche. So if you can go hiking, do it. It’s great for your body and mind.

3. Do a BBQ in a park.
